Product Description
Millet prides itself on developing products that outlast generations and summits. The KAMET GORE-TEX jacket is the perfect example of this. It was developed in 2012 during a GMHM expedition that made the first ascent of the west face of Kamet (7,756 m) in alpine style in Pakistan. Since then, it has evolved without ever losing its DNA: to be essential equipment for modern alpinism.
Robust from the start, it has evolved version after version - made lighter, and now equipped with the new PFAS-free GORE-TEX ePE membrane, while maintaining the same waterproof and breathable performance. After 11 years in the Millet collection, this jacket has now been updated with a design adapted to modern alpinism.
Still just as durable thanks to its recycled polyamide outer fabric, the KAMET GORE-TEX retains its legendary versatility. Its redesigned, helmet-compatible hood with precise adjustment options and pre-shaped sleeves optimize freedom of movement on the rock. It was developed to master a wide range of conditions and accompany all your alpine activities - true to Millet's values: durability, reliability and technical know-how.
