Ultra Raptor II Mid Leather GTX is the leather upper version of the Ultra Raptor II Mid model, it is ideal for fast hiking and excursions with light loads. The Nubuck leather uppers are reinforced with compression lines that guarantee foot wrapping and high stability. Abrasion resistant and breathable, it is perfect for hiking use. Waterproof and breathable thanks to the GORE-TEX Extended Comfort membrane. The soft Comfort Collar protects the ankle from the entry of stones or mud and integrates the easy-fit spoiler for maximum ease of fit. The rear stabilizing heel allows perfect control on the crossbeams. Ultra Raptor II Mid Leather GTX is also available in a wide-fit comfort version dedicated to hikers with wide feet. • ALL GROUNDS: Versatile soles, ideal for all types of terrain including stone, scree, grass, moss and mud. Ideal for running either in high humidity or on dry ground. Incorporates the Impact Brake System.
• The La Sportiva FriXion® compound is the result of extensive R&D aimed at creating outsoles with parameters of grip and durability that respond to all types of use and terrain.
• EVA - INJECTED: Higher degree of cushioning and high elasticity of the fabric. These features assist “push off” during the propulsion phase while running, making these models who use injected midsoles, ideal for use on off-road trails. Furthermore, EVA Injected midsole drastically reduce the “squash” effect of the EVA over time, allowing the product to mantain the same features for its entire duration.
• The models use the exclusive eco-friendly La Sportiva insoles by OrthoLite® Hybrid, made using 20% recycled material from the production process. These insoles are designed for both men’s and women’s feet and the thicknesses and materials differ to suit the weight of the average user.
