For find your size of hiking poles, you need to make an easy calculations:
Your height in cm x 0.68.
Round off if we want to make quiet walk and we round up if we want to make sport walk.
For example:
If you measure 1m75:
175 x 0.68 = 119
So you can take 115cm for go easy and 120cm if you want to make you upper body more working in the hike.
